One of the few DJ sets I played this year, this extremely diverse mix will take you on a journey of blended songs which are layered and chopped up over each other. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did playing it and putting it together!  This is an extended recording of the set I played at U Street Music Hall where I opened up for Space Jesus, Yheti & Esseks, my set was cut a little short so I wanted to share the full thing here. 

It's kind of crazy that this is the first mix I have posted this entire year since the last 2 years I have posted so many. Fear not, I will have a recurring mix series after the new year. I have included three originals that I will be releasing early 2017 too along with a lot of huge announcements. One of the game's best new names, Australian producer ZEKE BEATS blends hip-hop and grime influences with his signature analogue basslines for a distinct sound that's dirty, crunchy and always futuristic. He broke through with the Meltdown EP on Terrorrhythm in 2016 (which premiered on NHQ), and since then, he's shared music across many top-respected labels like Deadbeats, Mad Decent and Buygore, where he released his recent Devastate EP. This year, he's been keeping the bass revolution kicking and gearing up for a hectic tour schedule which brings him out to California for Lightning in a Bottle 2018, for which he's prepared this mix.
