So for a little while there in the last few years I genuinely despised myself, like super depression, verge of suicide self-hatred type thing. And I used to cope with it by writing my thoughts down into the notes of my phone in the form of little poems. This track is lifted word for word out of my notes in my phone with a little acoustic guitar loop and some vinyl effect, not really anything special but why not eh?
