This song is written from the first-person perspective of a nightmare. The dream is only somewhat self aware, but not sentient (?), as the nightmare and the dreamer are one in the same. Anyone who has had recurring nightmares will probably understand this tune . . . I wanted to mimic the feeling of dream-limbo, when you wake and cannot tell if you were dreaming or not.

A song I learned many moons ago on a mission trip to Mexico...sometimes it gets stuck in my head, so I figured I'd let it out for good :) I play everything here except the bongos/congas/shaker/maraccas...I love the key/horn part! Vocals done through a guitar preamp ;)

The photo is from Dr. Arroyo (I did not take it), where I went in Mexico. It is a beautiful place.
