Ode to the Mammoth Cheese! Here's my song which won first place at the Stewart Park Festival's songwriter's competition. It's a tribute to one of Lanark's finest achievements! The song is on an album mastered by Hugh McMillan a member of Canadian folk rock band Spirit of the West. Here is my master of the recording, enjoy!

i wrote this song a while ago. i loved it at the time but didn't want to show it to anyone because it felt way too honest compared to most of the songs i had written. it's safer now, a snapshot of a moment that passed. sorry to get all mushy-gushy, it's a habit of mine :)
also i am sorry that, somehow, something is always off key when i end up recording guitar, despite me constantly tuning....
