Multi-award-winning British pop star and actor Will Young is back with a brand new single ‘Falling Deep’
The euphoric track is the first single taken from Will’s forthcoming ninth studio album, “Light It Up”, which is out on 9 August.
Channelling the nostalgia of 80s pop with a modern, soulful touch; ‘Falling Deep’ sits somewhere between The Police and The Weeknd. The song is written and produced by renowned pop hitmakers PhD (who have worked with Kylie), with GRAMMY-winning songwriter David Brook (OneRepublic & Galantis) and Fraser Churchill (Charlie Puth). ‘Falling Deep’ speaks to the sweet surrender of giving into a new experience, however dangerous or out of control it makes you feel. It is the perfect introduction to Will’s first album of originals in five years. 
All eight of Will’s studio albums hit Top 3 in the UK - four of which being No.1.  Along the way, he has picked up accolades across the entertainment spectrum including two BRIT Awards, an Ivor Novello and an Olivier nomination for Best Actor in A Musical for his role as Emcee in Cabaret.  It would also be remiss to ignore the 10 million albums he has sold worldwide.
