Releasing a studio album pretty much each year from 2006 Hyper aka Guy Hatfield is well known for his use of live instrumentation such as guitars and bass fused with modern electronic elements. He has also performed as a band under the name Hyper Moniker, featuring Prodigy members Leeroy Thornhill and Jim Davies. Their first studio album We Control advanced Hyper to the stages of festivals throughout the world. Nowadays Hyper produces music for well known movies and TV shows as well as his own music.

Super-excited to showcase the video for 'Draumur Innan Draums' ('The Drama in Dreams'). This epic labour of love was directed by Chele Gutek and features the camera work of Jez Noble, Ricky Lesser and Chele Gutek. It was shot on a number of locations ranging from the waters off the LA coastline in California to the beautiful bluebell woods of Kent in the UK and explores the episodic nature of the dreamstate, and how we tend to recall only the essence of dreams.

Here you go my friends, something different from me….

This is not a promo mix and I’m not trying to generate work off the back of it, it’s simply a mid-tempo DJ mix.  I have been collecting tracks for a while that didn’t seem to fit anywhere in my sets, but that I really love, so I decided to put them into a mix in their own right… music with a late night, deep & sleazy electronic feel, full of atmosphere, with a splattering of dark funk thrown in.

Between 1991 and 1995, Hardkiss Music released seven 12" vinyl singles.  The album Delusions of Grandeur, featuring the best of those cuts, was released in 1995.

Delusions was released on vinyl, cassette and CD and quickly sold out and became out of print classic.  Many fans credit Delusions of Grandeur as the album that turned them onto electronic music, EDM or whatever you prefer to call it.

Now, thanks to the support of our fans, we're making the album available for digital download for the first time.
