The lyrics and melody for 'Run for Cover' came from lived experience and is also a response to the abuse that individuals have experienced here in Ireland. 

My heartfelt thanks to my co-writer’s Eoghan Scott and James Nash. Thank you Eoghan, James and Caitriona O Sullivan for your passionate and creative input. A huge thanks to our engineer Willem Blok, to Stano for the use of ‘Loscann’ studio and Colm (AKA, Q) for the use of ‘The Qube’ studio.
