Description of mix: 

'This mix takes its focus away from Cherub's usual 4-to-the-floor environment and concerns itself with themes of child-like wonderment, play and vulnerability. Weaving in samples from crowded beaches, children screaming in delight in playgrounds and running water, a playful yet poignantly meaningful soundscape is created using balaeric-infused, trance-influenced and 90's ambient.'

His latest album, "Loveology", released in november 2018, is a fresh exploration of sounds and atmospheres, harmonically rich, rhythmically intriguing and not afraid of the occasional funky rif or dirty bassline. His sets are built like a story, with no track sounding like the other. His frst CD album named 'Dreaming Sun' came out on Altar Records in 2011. The second one, 'Unity', was released in 2013 and gave him the opportunity to perform in many parts of the world, in more than 20 countries over 4 continents.

Don't miss this exclusive interview with Dávid Vígh aka. TAKKRA, also the premier of the new album, Universal Medicine.

Takkra is the electronic music project of hungarian born visual artist, guitarist and producer David Vigh. Former member (2002-2008) of eletro rock outfit The Carbonfools, Founder and songwriter of internationally recognised prog-rock band Turbo (2005-), producer of various side projects like Gobi. Takkra’s unique style is characterised by David’s cinematic, textural guitar sound, natural atmospheres, etherial synths, psychedelic effects and soft grooves. These soundscapes were specifically designed to treat listeners with soothing, regenerating frequencies and healing energies. The first LP is called “Technicolor Talk”. It is released on 26/06/2016, exclusively premiered as a continuous mix on RadiOzora. https://soundcloud.com/radiozora The title is reference to the obvious psychedelic influences and the cinematic vibes that are carried out through the album. Although Takkra is considered as David’s personal project, there have been several artists collaborating on Technicolor Talk, such as Aurafood on synths, Dure on multiple instruments, Laura Anna and Manoya on vocals, Mate Kocsis on drums and Matyi Mohacsi on Bass. Mixing was done by David and Dure, mastered by Robert Elster aka Vibrasphere. David is also an award winning video director and art director for creative production company Global Illumination. GI has been responsible for main stage vision at Ozora since 2015 and performing VJs at festivals like Boom and S.U.N. Takkra live consists of Mate Kocsis - Percussions Matyi Mohacsi - Bass David Vigh - Guitars Dure - Electronics.
