Kids of the Elephant is a Brussels-based popfunk band founded by frontman William Clarx in 2021.
Inspired by artists like Daft Punk, Parcels, Jungle, and many more, they dedicated their style to danceable shows filled with groovy basslines and tight rhythms that lead the soul into ecstasy!

Kids of the Elephant (KOTE) saw the light of day in 2021 in Brussels (BE).
The band is an international mix of musicians born from the mind of front
man William Declerck (aka William Clarx). After graduating in medicine, he
decides to specialize in music.
Med tech grinder by day, soul star by night, William uses his talent for warm
rhythms to stitch the funky and juicy guitar riffs together. He writes, records
and produces all the songs in his bedroom studio. On stage, the band turns
this into a danceable performance that looks like Parcels french kissing with
Ultrasonic 7. Kids of the Elephant heals the soul with carefree funk pop and
feels like a natural high that you need after a long day at the office.

Kids of the Elephant made its stage debut at Brussel Brost 2021, debut single
‘Serendipity’ will drop in the Spring of 2023. The EP will be released
afterwards in collaboration with Remy Lebbos (L'Impératrice, Girls in
Hawaï) and Frederik Dejongh (Jamie Lidell, Balthazar).
