Schizophrenia is commonly thought of as multiple personality disorder. It's not, and rather describes a broad case of faulty perceptions, a breakdown between thought, emotion, behaviours, and a general withdrawal from reality "as it is".

That said, I decided I wasn't going to rock the boat too much and instead simply play into its commonly perceived definition. I mean, what a fun name, right!?

Resolution

This track is meant to paint a soundscape of humanity's love of war. We have our humble beginnings as a species, melodic and gentle. Then we discover our deep need for dominance, and, well, that leads to more and more of the same. Going forward into the future, we might find ourselves conducting war in more of a synthetic fashion, but it all ends the same way; death. Fun times!
