Another track experimenting with the therapsid and a touch of post processing and reverb. I was experimenting with different modes, this is the dual paraphonic mode. All six voices are set to the same saw wave config, and there are two filters.

Me and my friends

An orchestration experiment very inspired by some of the movement in Patricide. I spent a lot of time solving technical challenges rather than musical ones, I even ended up changing DAWs. I may experiment more another day or another time when I have more energy.

I am also learning how the selection mechanism impacts the parameters you previously locked... resulted in some funny interactions with the bass in the mix, but I didn't fix it. :D

Have you ever wanted to turn your polyphonic digital wavetable synth into a paraphonic synth? Well now we can! Using the gate out to trigger an ADSR envelope in the EuroBuro into the cutoff of therapSID's dual analog filters. The other two voices are just normal hydrasynth, and everything comes with a healthy dollop of Valhalla Shimmer, and a touch of Valhalla Delay.
