I wasn't exactly on this track (despite the exchange with Maz at the start) but I was in the next room (and later ate some scouse therein with the two performers) while it was recorded. This Warwick Jones track from our Done Different double album deserves a bigger limelight than it gets there.  Never mind that the strutting Peacock's only contribution (albeit a significant one) is Maz's lovely vocal: Warwick our musical friend around the corner, conceived, wrote, composed, played, sang and produced this little masterpiece of Norfolk lore. Curiously, it still fits the Doin and Done Different brief exactly - a folk ballad that tells a story from our story-haunted chosen county of residence.
