The second part (starting from Track 4) he speaks about what was and what is on his mind. He starts off complaining about how demotivated he is and out of touch with his love for rap. 

He features a piece of Jim Rohn's seminar which he titled "The Motivation". He seems to have reached a turning point for his life. He also hints "The Liberated Mind" which might just be another project after he finds change within himself.
