House music rising star Jaden Thompson has unveiled his newly-launched record label Midnight Parade, also dropping its first single ‘Move Your Body’, out 5th November.

Juxtaposing a deep, grooving bassline with delicate vocals, ‘Move Your Body’ is a jackin’ house heater that captures the essence of golden-era Chicago. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Mr G, Omar S, Kerri Chandler and Derrick Carter, Midnight Parade will be a DIY creative platform for Jaden and like-minded artists to express themselves sonically.

“For me, starting a label feels like a natural progression as an artist, giving me an outlook to release music and champion other great sounds,” Jaden explains. “Midnight Parade is a label offering quality House music with a groove.”

‘Move Your Body’ follows on from ‘Only One’, a single that has amassed over 1 million streams, and the critically acclaimed ‘Closer’, a track that was crowned BBC Radio 1 ‘Tune of the Week’ by both Arielle Free and Nick Grimshaw, with Pete Tong naming it his ‘Essential New Tune’ on the same station. It also received high-profile remixes from The Martinez Brothers & Jesse Calosso, Derrick Carter, Higgo and Cinthie.

It’s been a busy summer on the road for Jaden, with gigging highlights including The Warehouse Project, Extrema Outdoor in Belgium, TRMNL in Birmingham & Classic in Italy, in addition to his residency at fabric London. Looking ahead, there’s eye-catching sets at Leeds’ Mint Warehouse (30th Oct), Circus in Liverpool and fabric (23rd Oct, 17th Dec) before the end of the year.

Still just 22-years-old, Swindon-born Jaden Thompson is one of the UK’s brightest electronic talents and accomplished what others would strive for in their entire careers, becoming a Fabric resident by 19, rubbing shoulders with The Martinez Brothers and making fans out of legends like Seth Troxler and Jamie Jones. What’s more, he’s already releasing music on esteemed electronic imprints such as Cuttin’ Headz, Archie Hamilton’s Moscow Records, PIV and anLuke Solomon's Classic Music.

The launch of Midnight Parade signifies the start of an exciting new chapter in the story of Jaden Thompson.

Kolter makes his debut appearance on Solid Grooves with the low-slung sonics of 'I Feel It Right'.

One of the scene's most consistent talents when it comes to records making a serious impact, yet an artist whose distinct trademark style still brings an endless supply of unexpected surprises, Cologne's Kolter has entered a new chapter in his artistic journey in full stride. Appearing for the London favourites last summer at DC10 with a special back-to-back to soundtrack the Grooves Motel alongside Chris Stussy, he steps up to make his label debut on Solid Grooves to close April with the slinking, garage-tinged sonics of his new single, 'I Feel It Right'.

Combining classic UKG-influenced stabs and skippy percussion with sporadic electronic fills, soulful vocal snippets and snaking low ends, the bubbly 'I Feel It Right' is a track drenched in classic UK flavours while providing a wealth of slick flips to proceedings. This time with a staggering 10 track list, with some of the best and most promising artists in the scene, elrow Music has upped up the ante with this amazing collection of songs. Names as DJ Fronter, Manu Gonzalez and Shaf Husee, Miguel Lobo or Anabel Sigel are just a few examples of the huge talent we have scouted for you, our dearest crowd! Opening up this 2019 instalation of our Off Ibiza compilation, we have our good friends Alaia & Gallo with their 'Check It Out (Original Mix)', a true tech-house affair, with a nice vibe to open up with positive energies. Later on, we have DJ Fronter's 'Chitown (Original Mix)', which change the vibe completely, slowing down and demonstrating with his staple minimalism, that things can be done in a different way in this genre.

Just after it, we have Manu Gonzalez & Shaf Huse's 'Yollow (Original Mix)', in which the team manages to create a progressive and deep vibe throughout the track, breaking into a total soulful madness thanks to those great female vocals, FX and melody treatment. Then, another big Spanish promise, Miguel Lobo, steps up with his 'Change Position (Original Mix)', a track that brings us back to the early 90s progressive sounds, with some acid treatment and a sexy vocal that sets the mood of the track. Finally, closing the comp, we have Anabel Sigel's 'Miss Wallace (Original Mix)', a track in which the Spanish newfound jewel unleashes all her production skills into a real banger, taking her time to build momentum in the track, with great care for detail overall.
