A friend of mine asked me to write some 8-bit music for a film project so i thought I'd get back into writing chiptunes on the handy minimalistic "FamiTracker"

Its a bit of a homage to Takashi Tateishi and his mindblowingly wonderful Megaman 2 soundtrack. I've been learning all the parts of the score on guitar and have kinda been itching to write something with a similar feel!

First time trying out some effects too!

Some stuff i wrote for a friends little film project a little while ago. He wanted some Chiptunes to fit some moods so i offered him my back catalog as well as tried my best to help out with these newly programmed tracks!

Cover of Koji Kondo's theme to 'the legend of zelda' using just guitars. I did it one afternoon back in 2009 so i wasnt that perfectionisty (hence there are a few slip ups, hopefully you can just ignore them :P) 
i had an absolute ball laying down the dozen odd guitar tracks for this one :D

The Sun Is Weeping

So today was super cold and i decided to make soup. While i waited for said soup to cook i recorded this happy little "endscreen" (think beating a level and getting a score) type piece of 7/4 funsies

I'm going to try and do more little recordings like this because its fun and should (with any luck) help me get over the creative hump of having to have everything perfect before i can finish it and move on to the next thing

Bacon Lentil Soup

A little work in progress track that I'm submitting for the prog rock band "Land of the Blind" that I play bass for. Still got a fair bit of work to go, but all the basic elements are there. 
First time writing for a 6-piece!
