Uplink #006 Special Descent Edition: will/wont b2b Joseph Grand- Mix 2 (February 2018)

After a bit of a lay off, I present Uplink #7. Its been a busy couple of months for me so I didnt have as much time to hunt for music or to finely curate a tracklist so this ended up being a bit of an openformat freestyle. I decided to make it a little longer than usual since this took a few weeks longer to release than normal.

Uplink #007- April 2018 (Live Mix)

After a long layoff Uplink finally returns. I can't tell you all of the troubles I had to make this mix possible (and most of you probably don't care). But, I'm happy to finally be back in the saddle, if you enjoyed the mix please be sure to like/share/follow. New mix to come in 6 weeks!

Uplink #008- September 2018 (Live Mix)

The final #uplink mix of 2018, uplink 009. Had a great time playing a local halloween party, and have another few gigs booked in the near future. I'll be releasing just one more 2-hour long uplink mix after this one in early 2019. At which point I'll be switching to a (hopefully) monthly, 1-hour format. I'll be doing this to focus a bit more on booking gigs, and working on original productions, while also still keeping a steady flow of content for my awesome listeners. I should also have a new b2b released in early 2019 as well so be on the lookout for that.

Uplink #009- December 2018 (Live Mix)

A little sampler I made of mostly house and techno artists from this years coachella lineup drop tried not to use any artist more than once and spent about 10 minutes prepping so... not my best work but hope you enjoy

Kicking off 2019 with my final 2-hour #uplink mix for the foreseeable future. Reaching 10 mixes is a major personal milestone for me and I'm so ready to do much more with music in the coming year. I will be releasing a mix every month now (instead of 6+ weeks) but will be cutting down to a much more manageable 1-hour format. I will also be doing some themed mixes in addition to open-format uplink mixes. I am also working hard on the production and gig side of things so that hopefully 2019 ends up being a big year in that respect.

Outside of that, for my 10th mix I went a bit mellower in mood to kind of reflect a hopeful mood of the new year, while also reflecting the rainy conditions outside, which I think came across in the music.

Uplink #010- January 2019 (Live Mix)

Settling into a new rhythm with #uplink #011 this will be the debut of some format changes. First of which I'm switching to 1 hour mixes for the foreseeable future with a goal of posting once every month(as opposed to the previous format of 2 hour mixes every 6 weeks). I am also working very hard on the production side of things so hopefully I can break some of that out soon. Presenting the 3rd #uplink of 2019 #uplink012. As the weather is starting to get nicer out I wanted to explore springtime vibes with kind of a moody start moving into a happier lighter feel as the mix progressed

After a bit of delay here is #uplink 013, Its been a bit of a weird month and a half or so for me and have felt a lot of transition and unsteadiness. So.... it's been awhile. Life got in the way, was also feeling a little frustrated with this project for awhile but had the urge come roaring back. With a little extra time this week I felt it was a good time to finally jump back on the decks. I have a pretty big backlog of music prepped so I should have another mix on the way soon (promise).
