WiLLY MiKK is the House Music moniker of Nashville-based producer, mixer, and mastering engineer Will Mikkelson. Will has been involved in music in some form since 2009 but mostly in the indie rock and pop worlds. Though he has always maintained an interest in dance music it wasn’t until the 2020 lockdown and a fortuitous re-connection with an old DJ friend that his interest in dance and electronic music was reignited and transformed into an obsession. 

	It was an initial fascination with the unique and squelching sound of Acid House that eventually opened the doorway to the sprawling panorama of electronic music. Eventually Will found his way to the moody and groove-centered Deep House sound as a home base for his taste and productions though he cultivates a love for all dance music genres. Will is particularly drawn to the sound and ethos of underground dance music scenes and works to capture this essence in his vinyl mixes and productions.

Will is currently working on a string of releases, the first of which "Love So Deep" comes out on March 24th. Will is also a resident DJ at Oops Dance Club based out of Greenville, SC along with fellow DJ Hotel Deejay.
