I've woken up this morning after an incredibly adventurous few weeks and I'm taking a moment to check in with myself. Front of mind is an extraordinary conversation about loss that three non-related sisters had at Mushroom Valley on the weekend.  I'm listening to this piece and tears are flowing that I didn't know I needed to shed.  Thank you for sharing your raw and personal emotion through your gifts. It's certainly touched me. Thank you.

I was to play opening set for the Baroque themed CPL fundraiser (Coco Poco Rococo) however lock down strikes again. Here's a taste of some of the tunes I was going to play with a couple of heart songs to cover us during lock down.

Today, he is one of the spearheads and leaders of Brique Rouge, David Duriez's label, with whom he is on a mission to perpetuate and reinvent a certain vision of House and Techno music.

With this second album, which marks “the end of innocence”, Arno explodes the codes of his music to better transcend them. We find his inimitable touch, a particular sound that is sometimes minimal, sometimes warm and melodious, a real signature on 13 tracks that tell a real story.

If this is the end of innocence, it's also the beginning of maturity.

"After playing my debut chill set on the magical Chill Stage in 2018 I was thrilled to be invited back this year. Playing straight after my long time collaborator and good friend J-Slyde, whose set just after sunrise meandered through warm blissed out beats and trip-hop, I wanted to incorporate some of my favourite modern classical, some downtempo beats and even some warm melodic dubby beats. Some old tunes, some new, some familiar, some obscure, all inspiring to me at some point in my life. The smiling faces on the dance floor filled me with joy as I played this set to help kick off what was a brilliant Saturday of music at Rainbow Serpent. Enjoy xx"

In a time of chaos and concern for humanity, I also mourn the loss of my dear mother and most loyal friend, Ann. On the evening of Saturday 14th of March 2020 I was due to perform a set at Seven Sisters Festival in Victoria, but instead I sat with my sisters in the hospital and held mum's hand as she took her last breath.

Through my pain I decided to record a studio mix based on what I had planned for the festival and today I would like to dedicate this piece to Ann. 
Escape from this global turmoil into a detached euphoric space of harmony featuring some of my favourite healing tunes. My signature cello improvisation flourishes throughout this journey.

Mum, I don't know what the future looks like now without you in it, but my promise to you is that I will continue to share the gift of music with the world, the gift you gave me.

In Loving Memory of Ann

I am so pleased to share my performance from this year's Burning Man Virtual Festival - The Multiverse.

Incorporating live electric cello, electric violin, pads and mixing, this is a Playa-inspired journey that exposes the inner workings of my mind and soul at present day. I have found myself completely spun out by the rollercoaster that is 2020 but it is music and its community that has kept me from losing myself altogether. 

Burning Man, you are more than just a physical realm of pure magic, you're a philosophy that has helped guide me to be greater and it is truly an honour to be involved once again.
