The Black Light Disco Show from Monday 29th August 2022 (airing exclusively on MyHouseRadio.fm is now available for your listening pleasure! 

For this show, BLD resident Goz took the helm for the full two hours, and what an amazing two hours it was! This one is all about going through the gears and world building - we rarely get to showcase this type of set but we think we should do more of it. Goz fits a hell of a lot in to this sonic jamboree, and demonstrates how he can hold court with the dance floor as some kind of Pied Piper of Disco. You're gonna love this mixture of upcoming releases and old classics.

PreRecorded show for airing whilst the NDC Family and The Disco Waltons travelled over to the Amsterdam Music Event to meet up and play at several events over the weekend  and what a time we all had was great putting flesh to names and faces bring on next year.

GC069 - Fingerman 🇬🇧

Originating from Brighton, UK and currently based in Belfast, Gregg Holmes AKA Fingerman has moved between styles ranging from Techno to House before finding his feet with Disco for the last decade. He set up a vinyl residency at the legendary Casablanca Jazz club spinning strictly extended disco twelves which led to his own DJ friendly edits surfacing on Soundcloud and Bandcamp.

His editing style soon caught the ears of many respected DJs on the scene such as Dimitri in Paris and Greg Wilson (who has charted Fingerman edits consecutively for 5 years even to the point of releasing a few of them on his own vinyl imprint A&R edits)

Fingerman set up his own record label “Hot Digits Music” in 2014 and has been releasing tracks and remixing on labels such as Tropical Disco, Samosa Records, Re-Loved, Paper Records, Chopshop, Midnight Riot, Masterworks, Hotbox Boogie, Wall Of Fame and Discodat. 

Hot Digits Music alongside vinyl only offshoot “Wax Digits”, has been placed at the coveted number one slot on Juno Download on many occasions releasing up and coming, established editors and original artists such as Dr Packer, Hotmood, Late Nite Tuff Guy, OOFT!, Situation, Get Down Edits, C. Da Afro, Andy Buchan, P-Sol and Melon Bomb to name but a few.

Wilson Frisk hails from Bradford, Yorkshire in the north of England. Like many other Dj's Wilson started his musical journey collecting music as a young teenager doing compilations for his friends. In 1994 Wilson started a music fanzine called 'Jackyard Backoff' with his late friend Chris Stephenson which covered the music scene in the north of England. Around 1995 Wilson became involved with a very successful club night called 'Spice' which was his first stint at Dj'ing playing Broken Beat, Acid Jazz, Hip Hop, Soul and jazz......Wilson has now firmly established himself in the House/Disco scene holding down residencies in Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield and been involved with infamous club nights such as Back2Funky, Uno House, Our House, Afro Coalition, Way2Funky, Wallop, GYGO and The House Of Phunk. Currently Wilson is one of the Boombox  Stereo residents who play at the mighty BeatHearder Festival and part of the 4Playdjs Collective who play at the Solfest Festival in Cumbria.
