Most of the W.D. Gaster remixes I find around the internet have either sort of tragically heroic vibe or are creepy and ominous (presumably meant to set the tone for fighting him during a No Mercy and Pacifist playthrough, respectively). I always thought that since he's scattered across space and time or whatever, he'd be present in all possible timelines, and thus the fight would incorporate elements from both ends of the spectrum. This is my attempt (and kind of horrible failure) to combine both the creepy and heroic interpretations of Gaster's character. 

For those curious, cacodemonomania is the belief that one is possessed by some sort of demon or other malevolent spirit. Thanks, Wikipedia!

This song incorporates elements of Gaster's theme, Core, and a little Megalovania, since leitmotifs are very much a thing in the original soundtrack. 

Speaking of the original soundtrack, Undertale and all its music and characters (including the aforementioned tracks and characters) belong to Toby Fox, I mean no legal harm, etc, etc. I did make the image though c:

Ever since I heard this song and saw DreemurReborn's fan-made Chara fight, I've been inundated with inspiration to try make lyrics for this song. I think it really suits Chara's creepiness and their personality in general, so I tried to make lyrics that would do Chara justice.

I present my next project: [Glitchtale] Nyctophobia - Gaster VS Betty Fight Theme [FrostFM Original]

I had taken some notes from Nevan's Eschatonphobia while making this track since it was used as inspiration. I really liked the scene where it was used toward the end of Glitchtale Game Over Part 2, so I figured I'd try my take on a dark/horror type theme. As this song was originally supposed to be used for another animation, but it was far too intense and horror-type for it. So I felt this might actually suit the beginning a Betty VS Gaster fight since it has that fear vibe that Betty strongly radiates with. 

I'm hoping that in the next Glitchtale EP that Gaster gets some serious action or something. I really want him to be able to get some kind of revenge or clash against Betty for everything that she did to him. It's gonna be a traumatic ordeal for him I imagine, but I feel he can push through that fear. It's going to be hard at first, sure, but I feel Gaster needs it lol. Otherwise, all the sacrifice would be for nothing to him.
