This is the first song I'm releasing which was recorded and made using only my guitar and my pedals. No vst's ,no presets just me trying to craft and find my own tone and sound. I hope you all enjoy and ill continue to make songs in this way and hopefully keep improving.

This song is about many things, it encapsulates a lot of the failures and let downs of my life as of lately. Most of these failures are self caused, I'm a liar, and not only do I lie to all those around me but worst of all I lie to myself. I'm going down a path I'm not proud of and as much as I want to change and become the man I know I can be , I just can't seem to change my ways. I'm too weak , my will is tainted and content with being where it is. But I have to change, let this song be a reminder to me to not fall into my failures but to overcome and surpass them. I hope one day soon I'll have the strength to change...

The Burden

I know I haven’t been as active but I have taken the past couple months to improve my guitar playing in order to make something I felt proud of releasing. This song encompasses all my faults and flaws and my journey and struggle to find the will to change them. To change them to be a better man not only for myself but for those that I love. To change is hard and originally this song was called “hard to change” but after time I realized no matter how hard , I must and thus I have to change… 

I hope you all enjoy , this is my best work yet again and I will only continue to improve my playing and song writing and continue to make each song better then the last. Thank you for whoever is with me on my journey and for whoever hears the tale of windheart 🖤

Have to change / Catalyst

I firstly want to thank anyone who still listens to and supports my art and passion. I hope to be more active and release more music now that I have finished school. This song represents the ending of one part of my life and the beginning to the next , but the end still lingers... Many emotions in this song , a truly wide spectrum of pain & regret to freedom and bliss.

The long awaited debut album of Windheart is finally here! I've spent the past year + honing my guitar , vocal and mixing skills further to create a work I'm truly proud of and now I present to you a body of art I put my soul and multitude of emotions into. Today is my 20th birthday and the beginning of my musical/ artistic rebirth. This is my final work under the name “van1sh” and I have collaborated with some of my closest friends I’ve made through music on this project. After this I will go on a hiatus which I’m not sure when I’ll return from but just rest assured van1sh was only one part of my journey and I’ll come back with new inspiration, ideas , sounds and emotions. For now please enjoy this final project which I consider to be my masterpiece in this style of music.
