Earth Orbit

An experiment using my Midiwidget to trigger and sync bent gear, made entirely with circuit bent gear.

For the percussive elements I used a circuit bent Tr505 and Hot Music drum toy. The Midiwidget also triggers a home made Lo-fi sampler which is CV controlled through a Belcat analog delay with a Doepfer A101.9 Universal Vactrol Module.

Square wave broken chords from a Gameboy runnning LSDJ.

Reverb is from ehx holy grail.

Only 3 mins long coz thats about all my ears could stand!

One Hour with The Stars of the Lid

Reacquainting myself with Expert Sleepers Silent Way software and interfaces. Running MIDI clock out to sync my T.C. Electronic Flashback Triple, and most evenlopes/filters are synced via QPLFO, yet the secondary (unchanging) sequence is left to fly free. Silent Way also generated the random sequence in speaker right.

Hybrid Thyroid

So, was in the mood for something long, evolving, and sort of Tangerine Dreamy. Normally I go full on Mellotron, and bring out the Moogs, ARP's, and VCS3's (VST versions of course), but since I'm going through a Tal Bassline 101 phase (making tracks with just this synth alone), I decided to add to my "Room101" collection.
I guess its a bit self indulgent, so if you want to give it a go, make yourself comfortable, its pretty long :)

Started out tinkering with the quantized shift register on the Disting, ended up pulling in the MiniBrute, Radio Music, Phonogene, Maths, Function, EZ Drummer via SilentWay, some post effects, and the kitchen sink.
