Recorded in Vienna in 2019, “Under a Canopy of Fractal Sunlight” teems with supernal enticements, blanketing the beacons of its fizzing terrain within low-end strata through which guitar-led, hallucinatory pop-annelids burrow. The tape’s four tracks crawl through narcotized machine rhythms, sun-dried vocals and blooming chords that lie just beyond its fractal horizon.
