Virgin Radio Dubai are straight off the blocks with a new sound for 2025!

The first six themes of their Reelworld imaging package are on-air with unmatched energy, local listener voices and an innovative sonic logo.

One of Bauer Media Audio UK’s flagship stations has just launched a brand-new sound. Designed for a ‘digital-first’ approach, the new audio branding ensures KISS stands out across all touchpoints, from radio to social media and beyond.

Bauer Media Audio UK’s Group Operations Director, Chris Ward, explains the need for a fresh approach: "KISS is the home of the biggest dance and R&B, and we needed a sound that matches that energy—something bold, fresh, and instantly recognisable across everything we do. Whether it’s on air, online, or on socials, this new sonic identity makes sure KISS cuts through.

PURE has nailed it. This isn’t just a set of jingles—it’s a sonic identity that gives KISS a sound we can own, wherever and however people hear us. And the best part? It’s built to evolve. With regular updates, we can keep it fresh and make sure the sound of KISS always sounds always reflects the music we play."

The new PURE Jingles package is now live on KISS and will soon roll out across all its sub-brands, including KISSTORY. With a dynamic, cutting-edge sound, KISS is set to make waves not just on air, but wherever its audience listens, watches, and interacts.

NRK mP3, the hit music brand of Norway’s public broadcaster, has refreshed its on-air sound with a new Flow ID package from PURE Jingles, specifically designed for the popular afternoon drivetime show mp3klubben. The update aims to enhance the musical transitions and elevate the listening experience.

“We wanted to improve how we move between songs,” says PD Christer Johan Pettersen-Dahl. “We were looking for more seamless segues - musically and emotionally. With the new Flow IDs, the energy carries over naturally from one track to the next, which supports our mission to keep things upbeat and engaging.”

PURE Jingles branding consultant Thomas Giger adds: “Contemporary Hit Radio is all about sounding current and moving forward. Audio branding, if crafted with care and implemented smartly, can enhance that sense of momentum. It creates a more immersive experience and increases the time spent listening.”

NRJ, the private French radio station under the NRJ Group, has introduced a new audio branding package. Renowned for its slogan Hit Music Only, NRJ continues to engage millions of listeners daily with the latest chart-topping hits.

According to the reported data, 66% of GenZ and Millennials listen to radio every day, and 9.3 million French people listen to digital radio every month (18%). The main appeal across all generations is the variety of playlists. With 350 stations in its portfolio, NRJ positions itself as the leading brand for hits and trends.
