Quantum (also know as Gidi Hovek Olam) is Gidi Snapir, one of the pioneering Israeli Trance Activists, active as an artist & a leading DJ since the early Israeli trance era.

Gidi is the Co-founder of the first Israeli magazine for electronic music "Newzeek". Over the last two decades, he performed at festivals, raves and small underground parties & touring worldwide.

Quantum has big success in collaborating with his wife Keren Porat Snapir a World Music Vocalist & an Indian classical music expert, in the studio and on stage. Quantum's music is driven by emotions whirl pooling in a psychedelic vortex deep within his mind. Quantum takes us on a journey into the night and on to the morning.

She started her career DJing in 2015, performing in several consolidated and famous festivals in her country and also outside. Nowadays, she produces and plays psychedelic trance, being part of the Spanish/UK label Maharetta Records. Her sets are marked by deep atmospheres, psychedelic elements and engaging melodies, varying in a range of 142 to 148 bpms, transitioning from progressive psytrance to full-on. For long, humans have been closely associated with Felines. In Ancient Egypt, Cats have played an important role in shaping their history as we know it, and the pineal gland appears to play a major role in the hibernation of animals and seasonal breeding. 

In some lower vertebrates the pineal gland has a well-developed eye-like structure and it functions as a light receptor and could be considered the evolutionary forerunner of the modern eye. The results of various scientific research have explained the phylogeny of the pineal gland in different vertebrate species. From the point of view of biological evolution, the pineal gland represents a kind of atrophied photoreceptor. In the epithalamus of some species of amphibians and reptiles, it is linked to a light-sensing organ, known as the parietal eye, which is also called the third eye.
