Wisteria - Oceans Of Stars

Oceans Of Stars was an old melody we used to sing at our college parties. It was the trick which gave us the right kick to jump higher and party harder.

A bouncy melody recorded on an analogic synth by our pianist @gianmarcobazzoni, just for fun, and the lyrics began with these words: "So dance with me now, this dream'll last forever, please don't wake me up, tonight just for us...". Memories of a last dance which should have never ended. An hybrid blend, between progressive house, bigroom and hands up electronic dance music. Well, we finally decided to write down the notes and make a first instrumental edit of this song.  However, we wanted to keep that old fashioned distorted synth&bass sounds we were used to listen during the good old times in college life.

Our sound engineer @stefano9lli had a hard job trying to keep the sounds authentic and old-fashioned. We fought our temptation, since we could have simply uploaded the tracks on our new high-end music producing template to get the best sound quality in town. But we wanted it so, as it was, so real and close, to relive those moments one more time, one last time.

The next step will be to remix the song so that we could add our lyrics, so stay tuned.

Every song by us is firstly offered as a romantic piano prelude and then remixed to make you party the night away. Like Wisterias in many cultures, we carry love to bring you high, colors to give you joy and energy to make you dance.
