I currently work for Lead4Life as a Logistics coordinator and as a Personal Development Facilitator. 

I run a movement focused on creating safe spaces for young black folks to openly engage about Mental Illness, find creative alternative way of expressions, to go on life changing experiences and to eradicate stigma that surround Mental illness especially in black communities.

This podcast will be a variety of topics ranging from mental health, physical health to spiritual and personal growth.
