Never Enough Mixtape

Ein Hoffnungsschimmer am Horizont 

Nach monatelangem ausharren und ungewollter Abstinenz zeichnet sich ein Hoffnungsschimmer am Horizont ab. Viel zu lange schon wartet unsereins darauf, sich voll motiviert und Party-hungrig in die fabelhaften Sphären der Clubs und Diskotheken zu begeben. Stand jetzt soll das ab März diesen Jahres wieder möglich sein. Wenn auch nur mit Einlass- und Kapazitätsbeschränkungen, so ist diese Aussicht ein absoluter Grund zur Freude. 
Heutzutage ist regelmäßiges Feiern gehen zu einem Relikt der Vergangenheit geworden. Über die letzen 2 Jahre musste man sich wohl oder übel mit der niedrigen Partyfrequenz arrangieren. Das Programm fürs Wochenende musste kategorisch umstrukturiert werden und die wilden Zeiten waren erst einmal vorüber. Ab und an gab es natürlich Phasen in denen man mal wieder ein Etablissement aufsuchen durfte, doch diese Perioden waren zeitlich begrenzt und mehr ein kurzes nach Luft schnappen, als ein wirkliches Aufatmen. Möglicherweise wird es dieses Mal ähnlich verlaufen und die Vergnügungen des Nachtlebens von kurzer Dauer sein. Jedoch stehen die Zeichen gut und ein hoffnungsvoller Optimismus für die Zukunft der Club- und Partykultur scheint angemessen. 

An diesem stürmischen Donnerstagabend haben wir den Hannoveraner Musikproduzenten und DJ Dirty Frequenz auf KataHaifisch zu Gast. Bei ihm handelt es sich um einen waschechten Local-Hero und Szene-treibenden. Bereits seit einigen Jahren ist Dirty in diverse musikalische Projekte involviert. Seien es eigene Veranstaltung mit Hannover Tanzt Draußen, Livestreams oder einfach „nur“ als Headliner für eine Club-Show. Unser heutiger Gast ist wahrlich zuhause hinter den Turntables. Dabei verfolgt er seinen ganzen eigenen Stil, welcher sich auch in seinem Produktionen widerspiegelt. Es groovt, strotzt nur so vor House und ein bisschen Minimal ist auch dabei.

Wenn in meinen Podcast-Reihen jemand für das Wort SPONTAN steht, dann auf jeden Fall mein guter Freund, DJ und Produzent Lars Neubert. Lars schafft es immer wieder, zum richtigen Zeitpunkt das passende Set gerade in der Schublade zu haben … das genau jetzt in meine Reihe passt. Natürlich darf dies bei der kleinen und feinen „We Are At Home“ Reihe nicht anders sein. Diesmal hatte ich sogar die Auswahl zwischen zwei Sets … aber ich habe mich spontan auch gleich für das erste was ich gehört habe entschieden.

Und wie immer bringt es Lars Neubert wunderbar und stimmig auf den Punkt. Eine wunderbare „Pretty Little Story“ mit einem Hauch von Melancholie. Lieber Lars wie immer ist es mir eine große Freude dieses Überraschungsset bei mir präsentieren zu dürfen.
