Enjoy this 5-minute guided exercise combining a relaxing breathing sequence and binaural beats. This exercise is designed to help downregulate and calm your nervous system; when our exhale is longer than our inhale it activates our parasympathetic nervous system (aka our soothing system). This track is laced with theta waves to support deeper relaxation :) 

Please wear headphones for the full experience.

Some tips:
-breathe in *and* out through your nose 
-as you breathe in, imagine your belly expanding with air like a balloon (it's important your breathe into your belly and not chest)
-you can close your eyes (or even better, cover them with an eye mask) during this exercise for additional nervous system support
