Within Reason Records welcomes Hugh Mane to the fold with a four track EP that is his most polished work to date. Veering away from his usual club ready sound, Hugh takes a much more relaxed approach on 'Resonant Moods', choosing to focus on meticulous production techniques and textural layering to create an EP that transcends both time and space. Often the case with Hugh's music, you can be 6 minutes into a track and not know that any time has passed at all.

'Resonant Moods' is a wonderfully crafted EP that encapsulates emotive tonality and playful rhythms, whilst oozing spacious sub frequencies.

Here is the legend Coco, with his father being an afro-pop musician, Coco grew up with a deep love for music from around the globe. This wide spectrum of influences provides him with the ability to explore beyond genre limitations, resulting in dynamic DJ sets in which you never know what to expect; one minute you might hear obscure afro funk, the other you’re bopping your head to Detroit and Chicago influenced House. Besides DJ’ing Coco likes to discover and promote obscure music through his channel and label Sentinel Island Disco.

Octagon Eyes is a music writer and collector of tapes and vinyl based out of Boulder, Colorado. 
In 2017, he started The Sun Lounge music blog (https://the-sun-lounge.com), which features in-depth and poetic reviews of physical releases spanning the sonic worlds of psychedelic, balearic, ambient, and rave music.

As well, Octagon Eyes spends time as a multi-instrumentalist and producer in lysergic space rock collective Sungod, a group which pays homage to the far-out sounds of artists such as Hawkwind, Pelt, The Orb and Sun Ra.
