THE PREPARATION OF THE BRIDE

A counterpart is what the Lord is after.
As a Bridegroom He’s longing for her.
He is yearning deep within Him to be satisfied - 
That's to gain a bride who's always by His side, 
One who can love Him with
All her heart, be His match.
He’s dreaming for that day to come 
When she'll be joined to Him as one.
A blessed sight to see - 
The bridegroom with His bride
In that wedding day.

The Bride is getting ready for the wedding.
Second garment now she’s preparing.
She'll be clothed with the fine linen that is bright and clean,
And present herself - pure, spotless, glorious!
Buying now costly oil,
Making her vessels filled,
She’s looking forward to that day
Where she can see her bridegroom’s face.
Behold! He's coming soon!
He’ll take His bride to Him

Let us all prepare for His coming.
