Another freestyle journal entry instrumental track originally released in the march of 2022.

I'm a funk head more literally nowadays than years ago when I was introduced to going clubbing which opened up a whole new way for me to experience music like never before.

Memorable places where the basement Raw Club just off london west ends Tottenham Court Road, and of course the very well known Wag Club near Leicester Square on Wardour Street. 

For me to be able to have a track sounding even very remotely like anything funky is an almost inexplicably achievement for me in every positive, uplifting motivational inspiring way. 

My return to music has been clouded in brain fog, trauma, and literally feels like an unearthing, nothing feels clear and requires more patience and understanding of myself than I ever thought possible of myself, if that makes any sense. 

In very critical rational, it can feel like time wasting, procrastination, and all that good, bad, or very real stuff which whether we like to admit or not is all part of some degree of trauma, these are not standalone traits or experiences they are not independent of traumatic incidents, or past root cause early life experiences, so, any self healing analysis always needs to be inclusive of such effects. 

That said, as hard as it can be during such times to even feel able to respond to anything let alone navigate an entire project, I moved on the proviso of doing what i could do, how so ever I could do that, until, I could heal and do things the way I would ordinarily do them, which is also wrapped in processing and progressing from any given incident, and trauma that may have been caused, and left you living in a state of being adversely affected.

Hence, the title Suspended Freedom, continual targeting, breaking a way from individuals who remain inconsolable in life due to being unable to let you go emotionally mentally financially spiritually, be it because they can't take no for an answer, or can no longer control you, and as a result go on to wage campaigns of rage of the incompetent suitor, grudging matches, obsessive testing as a result of rejection sensitivity, all kinds pursuant antics, recruitment encouraging other to harass you and your environment. 

All of these types of behaviours were ongoing around me at the time. Which left me in a state of frustration, and stress. As other people behaviours are theirs, and not mine to control. I felt literally,  suspended from my normal by such actions, and the incidents they all caused because I moved on in life.

The ambiguity of spend it with me, referring to both the effect everything had on me especially financially, as I was working in and on business ventures during this time trying for them to be a success but within the attack of everything it almost felt like dirty words to ask for someone to buy from me. But, also somewhere within that another meaning emerge inadvertently referring again to the control of a person not wanting to let you go.
 
Thankfully, there are so many different levels to perceive any given thing in life.
One of the places I turn to when everything seems impossible, and nothing else is making sense to me during those moments, incidents, and times of unfairness is spirituality, because in my experience it is the only way forward which replenishes my life when, or after an extraction of external control has taken place. I spend the time with me.
