Heavily involved in music from a young age going from strength to strength building a healthy Fanbase across genres and aliases over the past 8 years... starting out with speed garage in the mid 2000s through bassline ,electro house, house, jackin, and commercial.

Ashley has recently concentrated on his solo alias Alterior Motive, with his first original EP featuring the tracks 'Make Believe' and ‘What I Do’ being snapped up by Candypants Music.
He has played at some of the UKs biggest day festivals and events gaining residency's for WIRED EVENTS, SPRINGFEST and FEAR FEST. He is also resident DJ at Sheffield’s Number 1 house music venue TANK ...

Ashley has played alongside major International DJ's such as AMINE EDGE + DANCE, TCHAMI, TOUGH LOVE, DJ EZ & HANNAH WANTS to name just a few...

Aiming for high things in 2016 and looking to gain support from other major labels going forward, Ashley is hungry for success. Alterior Motive is a name you will soon all be talking about !!!

Damon Hess is heard weekly on Friday night at 10.00pm on ACR Radio on his IBZ Music Sessions show. He is also on Gaydio House Sessions every Fridays at 1:00pm with a listener audience of 800,000 at peak, aired 88.4 fm in Manchester, also DAB all over the UK and across the planet via online streaming.

Damon has performed in 2015/16 at Ocean Beach Club Ibiza, Eden Ibiza, Plastik Ibiza, Manchester Pride Main Stage, Jet Ibiza, Tibu Marbella. He DJ'd for Ibiza Fashion Festival at their London event in October 2016 and has many more upcoming dates in 2017.
