Handbeaten coffee, also known as soft coffee, is a common way to prepare cappuccino in South Asia. Equal parts coffee, sugar and water are mixed and beaten together by hand until pale and frothy, and combined with steamed milk to create a rich and foamy cup.

Found Sounds - Handbeating Coffee

Walking around the top floor of the Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre. Built in 1965 on a bomb site and intended as one of the first modern, American-style malls in Europe, the mall has been refurbished numerous times over the decades in efforts to change its image.
There are proposed plans to tear down the shopping centre and replace it with luxury flats, a cinema and a campus for the London College of Communication/UAL.
