*No out of key mixes
*No trainwrecks
*No swearing or questionable content
*No vocals over vocals, unless it works well
*Not just chart toppers or old tracks
*Not just your own produced tracks
*Don't put an overload of a particular artist.
*Each track must be numbered, with the artist, track title, and proper time coding, such as...

You also should keep in mind that the show has a party vibe to it. As a DJ you should know how to read a crowd and diversify if yo typically play mellow sounds. Do what a DJ does best and keep in mind that this audience does not want to be put to sleep with something way too dark and droney. Don't sell yourself out either, but be aware that your mix needs some bang to it because this will be going out to the general public, not just the die hard steppaz.
