Having trained in his bedroom for several years beforehand, Wobbling Wookie could not resist when he saw Dr Fly was running a Chemical Records DJ Competition back in 2009. Since then he has not looked back having played nights around the UK as a resident and promoter of the award winning Bass Kitchen as well as many other club nights.

He has played alongside some of the big names in Electronic Music such as A-Skillz, Deekline, Ed Solo, Featurecast, Freq Nasty, Rennie Pilgrem, J Majik, Baobinga, General Midi and Afghan Headspin to name a few.

Wookie picked his name up in his formative teenage years, hairy and with the onset of early beard growth added to the fact it rhymes with his surname (Snook) it was inevitable. The Wobbling part got added much later when the love for a good strong wobbling bassline became too much to handle... that and there were already too many Wookies around.
