The author of Space Surfer project is Innokentiy Ivanov, a musician from Saint-Petersburg. He started making electronic music after having participated as a percussionist on hang drum and djembe in numerous jam sessions. This resulted in Kaleidoscope, Innokentiy’s debut album which unleashed him as an imaginative composer in dubstep, breaks, bass, techno.

The album's title, Past Life, refers to the feelings and ideas that were circulating when the tracks were created, but also to how it feels to look back at old music and the old selves who created it. There is an unsettling but tempting feeling about the future for the artist. 

The tracks selected for this release are those that he always listened to without really knowing where they came from or where they were going, as he is still surprised to this day that he created them. They do not resemble Ranga's previous music, but rather, for him, they are music of the future.

Astronaut Ape - Chill-out Live 2016

Here its is!!!!!!!!! The recording of my first live show at Boom Festival's Chillout Gardens. This concert was so special for me! I started playing at 8:30 a.m.,when most of the people where still sleeping on the soft chillout garden's floor. It felt like touching those sleeping souls softly with my music and guiding their dreams slowly towards a new day in DUB.

Music listening is my passion since childhood and mixing for myself amuses me a lot, but as you might noticed i slowed down and almost don't upload anything online. There are many reasons for this, one of them lack of time and my new hobby of music production. Johnny Blue comes from Cyprus. He started dj-ing 16 years ago.His first influence was rock and especially psychedelic rock (Pink Floyd, Ozric Tenatcles etc). In 2000 he got into the electronic scene with the main interest in chill out and psychedelic trance music. Being influenced by several music cultures (rock,dub,reggae,electronica, psy-trance, chillout), Johnny created a unique style by blending smoothly various styles of music, sending the listeners to a colourful and sensational journey through sounds. Johnny is one of the senior representatives on the launch , establishment and uprising of Cyprus’ psychedelic music scene. In 2011 Johnny joined Mikelabella Records and he works as A/R Manager. His first VA compilation under the name “Planet Blue” was released on December 2012 and VA blue moon in April 2014. In early 2013 he became a label DJ in Peak Records. Also, he is a resident DJ at Digitally Imported Psychill (di.fm/psychill) with his radio series “Psylent Harmony” which is broadcasted every third Sunday. Johnny Blue has various international appearances in countries like UK, Germany, Portugal, Croatia , Morocco, Turkey and Russia among others, presenting dj sets in parties and festivals like Boom , Antaris, Lost Theory, Transahara, Mo:Dem, Psy Fi and more.

An older friend had shown him how to use an early version of Ableton Live, having dabbled in the 'Acid' software and 'Music 2000' as a young teen. Musical brainwaves  started to evolve into an infinite interest to sculpting found waveforms, and defining a sound for the new age. 

Expect deep dark dubstep basses, glitchy melancholic beats, otherworldly alien morphs, combined with musicality and melody. Merging powerful synthesizer jams with organic foley formulated a serious beast.
