Ant-farm Accoustic

This is a song that I collaberated on with my friend John Berry from the Realised project. 
We had been saying we should record before so I went over to his house to give it a try. I had little to go on but once John put some drum beats we started to get into where it was going. One of the thing that annoys me most about my songs is the lack of drum beats, it's not that I could come with them myself, it's just that if they're there it would seem to make writing the song easier. In anyways we spent a lot of time figuring the song out, picking a theme and all that. John wrote the heavy outro you hear at the end and many of the lyrics (we had two big rolls of paper written out with lines to try out). As we went over the vocal melody I would try to fit in those lyrics I thought would work best. I actually think that was the hardest part. I tend to drone through my songs a little so it was hard to give the chorus more oooomph but I think we managed it eventually. Well, the process of doing a song was really fun and I was happy with the way it was mastered. If you look at the other songs on my page, the ones that haven't been done with someone else they are rarely well produced. Best thing though, was getting a shout out on the "beyond" IGN podcast. If you like videogames and want a good podcast to listen to you should go check those guys out. (I know many of my dedicated followers will do so!).

Wolfwatching is an artist hailing from Dublin Ireland. His music is metal sounding alternative rock in the vein of bands like Katatonia or Stupid Dream era Porcupine Tree. Is open to collaborations with other musicians and is currently working on new music.
