I wish my family could understand what dysphoria feels like. I have a non-binary cousin, but they live in a different state and I have no way to contact them. :(

i listen to this like. an unhealthy amount. especially considering my
gender dysphoria has been getting worse lately. but even when it’s bad, you are loved. you aren’t what your body defines you as. i want my fellow trans lads and lasses (even between or around) to know that they aren’t defined by anyone else.

When so many people attack you for “you” stop taking in the negative comments they don’t define you people don’t know you unless they know the real you misperceptions of one’s self shouldn’t stop you from expressing things in the first place.
