so, this old song i made in early january of 2014 became a huge inside-joke in my friend group. and i thought to myself, oh wouldn't it be hilarious if i made a whole remake of that song with a pv and everything, in a satirical sorta way y'know? 

well that, like, happened, and the line between irony and seriousness on this one ended up being sooooooo thin. SO THIN. i'm definitely very aware that this isn't my best work, but blame 16 y/o me for that because this song in particular was so incredibly difficult to salvage hahaha

also fun fact but the characters from this song are these ocs i made when i was 16 named arc (guy with bandages) and say (longer-haired one). they had such a poorly thought-out story and it was so bad and this song didn't even fit them as characters. they deserved better

I'm actually proud of this one. Initially i wanted all the synths to be purely from the microbrute synth so i started composing in a polyphonic (not really) manner but i ended up adding a few VSTs in.

I also like my Tuning here it was surprisingly sparse, did not do much.
