As promised, I will be putting tracks on, finished or unfinished. This song is far from final mix. Vocals, and another guitar part and lots of EQ-ing.
The goal on all "the Velvet Highway" songs is to keep it playable out live in a three-piece format. the drums and almost everything surrounding the songs will be very simple. All the live and recorded drums will be basic three, floor tom, kick and snare, as on this song. air is the game on this project, and Dylan can do more with three drums than most can do with a lot more. All songs are tracked with no more than three trys, or it wasn't meant to be. this song was made up in three minutes, and tracked in two takes. imperfect is sometimes perfect.
