Prelude to the Afternoon of A Faun was originally composed by Claude Debussy and inspired by the French poem, L’après-midi d’un faune. It is one of Debussy’s most famous works and often considered the awakening moment of modern music.

The b-side features an updated remix taking cues from electronic groups like the Orb and Future Sound of London - this is the first time Kobialka’s music has ever been reimagined in a more contemporary genre. Featuring new art by world renown designer Christopher David Ryan.

Daniel’s career began at the age of thirteen when he debuted in Carnegie Hall in New York and has taken him on a fantastic musical journey from Soloist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra to Concert Master for Leonard Bernstein’s MASS to his position as Principal Second Violinist for the San Francisco Symphony. These extraordinary experiences provided him the incentive to found his own record company to freely pursue his own interpretations of the classics, folk, jazz and new age, as well as to pursue his interest in avant-garde music.
