iTuNe$, my debut street album, is a compilation of what I’ve been working on for a couple years. It’s basis is an introduction to my music and to who I am, showing you the fun side of me and a glimpse of the personal struggles I have, all while displaying my lyrical prowess. I really wanted to have all the production on this album done by myself, since it is an intro to me, but found it fitting to include two pieces from my cousin, on An Intro and Pay Dues, because he had a major hand in getting me started. Hence the first lines, you hear me say “it’s only right that I start with this, since Scott introduced me to this music business.” From there I give you that cool, clean flow until the end of the album, bringing along other people who have influenced me, as features. There is a recurring theme of persistence through the album, and that’s what I wanted to encourage the listeners to be; persistent in whatever they are called to do. If nothing else this first street album is just a warning shot, to what is ahead.
