Woodlark are Kate Gisbourne and Michael Jordan. Playing together for just over a year, they have a 20 song original set.Recent performances include supporting Leslie Dowdall,Hazel O Connor and Sarah McQuaid, The Grand Folk Club at The Grand Social and East Coast FM.Their material is contemporary folk and their sound is reminiscent of the territory carved out by Gillian Welch, Civil Wars, Alison Krauss and Fairport Convention.
   Kate gisbourne is asinger/songwriter and actress. Her latest film "All Her children fought" was selected for the Tokyo and Belfast film festivals.
   Michael Jordan trained as a sound engineer, has played in rock bands and produces his own dance music.
