Try this meditation moments before a creative self-expression. Pick any moment in the track or listen in full. 

Relax, close your eyes, Breath in 4, breath out 8. Find those moments between thoughts. Stay there while focusing on the breath. You are now transitioning your brain waves from beta to alpha state. 

You will go into your creative session connected to source energy. Your higher guides will effortlessly brush your canvas of choice. Time soon dilates. Upon conclusion, ground yourself back into Earth. Repeat when you want to be creative.

One day I found a wonderful improvisation video of my friend Sanador del Viento, who masterfully played his harmonica during a Ceremony: it moved me a lot and brought me back to Colombia, in the jungle, where it all began.. "Buena pinta" it is a little tribute to the mysterious force of the Taitas, to the forest, to the Yagé, to the Medicine and its healing power, to the visceral love for Life and Nature.
