The aliens left Agent Fritz O. Schizo where they found him, but with the crime yet to be solved, Fritz prepares his hot air balloon and goes on a journey to explore The Ottoman Empire where he suspects his main suspect to be living.

Agent Fritz O. Schizo is on the last level of his journey. Luckily, with his binoculars he can see past the clouds, and spot a red flag on a pole on a cloud in the sky. There also seem to be some sort of a portal there, leading to another world. Maybe his suspect is there? Time will tell.
