Future Avenue proudly presents its third season compilation of the year. This compilation serves as a platform where we support and nurture emerging talents, helping them take their first steps in the industry and guiding them toward releases on our other respected labels, such as Sound Avenue and 3rd Avenue. We are excited to introduce 20 talented artists from around the world, each contributing their unique sound to the realms of Progressive and Organic House. Haber pasado gran parte de su vida explorando los límites de la música ha llevado a Pascal, aka BROTECH, a crear música atrevida y variada para los apasionados de la música electrónica.

El productor alemán, a través de su alias ‘BROTECH’, ha querido centrarse en el tech house y crear una conexión única con oyentes de todo el mundo a través de producciones y mezclas de alta calidad.

Muchos de estos lanzamientos han salido a la luz gracias a su propio sello llamado Syncope Recordz, una plataforma creada en 2010 con el objetivo de abrirles las puertas a artistas que quieren compartir su pasión por la industria música electrónica.

Algunos de sus temas más populares,'Party Dancer' o 'Snake Charmer', han llegado a listas de éxitos como las de Music Week Club Charts. Además, han sido seleccionadas por artistas globales como Joris Voorn, Joseph Capriati o Bob Sinclair para sus mixes, por lo que no es de extrañar que BROTECH haya tenido una gran acogida en la escena del house.

BROTECH se caracteriza por producir ritmos pegadizos y adictivos al mezclar samples de house y techno, creando hits capaces de encender cualquier pista de baile. Y esto es exactamente lo que ha ocurrido con su último lanzamiento.

Ahora es el turno de Deeplomatic Recordings. Conocida por ofrecer versatilidad y calidad en la industria del house, la discográfica con sede en Londres, ha ofrecido a BROTECH para su última creación una plataforma en la que seguir explorando y ampliando horizontes.

El EP ‘Dis House’, que sale a la venta el 25 de diciembre, está compuesto por 2 atrevidas pistas y 6 remixes, que, mezclando elementos progresivos y potentes líneas de bajo, consiguen crear un festín de tech house. La canción homónima, ‘Dis House’, es la gran representante del este estilo en el EP. Contiene una amplia selección de instrumentos de percusión envueltos en profundas voces que proclaman "this house".

A este tema le sigue un Dub Mix para aquellos que buscan un corte limpio sin voz. A continuación, van 3 remixes. El primero, de Robin Hirte, toma un camino un poco más melódico, con construcciones más largas y líneas de bajo más profundas que hacen que sea un tema más rápido, que no podremos quitarnos de la cabeza.

Después, aparece Redux Saints con un ritmo de house que sumerge a los oyentes en los tambores y el bajo; mientras que la pista final es una Sneaker Dancing Dub Mix del DJ estadounidense Cheyne Christian que, incorporando sintetizadores con toques ácidos, crea un ritmo único extrañamente maravilloso.

Por otro lado, tenemos el segundo Original Mix, ‘Here We Go’. Un sólido thriller entrelazado con líneas de bajo retumbantes. A este, le sigue un Dub Mix, que de igual manera que el anterior, es ligeramente más limpio. Y para cerrar el EP, le sucede un remix más progresivo del gran estadounidense EDUKE.

„Everything UR“ utilizes warm and pleasant seaside nu-disco vibes and sophisticated work with sparse chop-like vocals into memorable lazy dancefloor track. The track brings sweet female vocal phrases, promising to be accessible, but it still remains in alternative.

Hailing from Lima, the Peruvian pair of Max Alzamora and Nuclius combine forces to deliver a captivating and atmospheric four-track thriller. “Everything Changed” contains two original tracks, accompanied by two remixes from favourites Damien Almira, André Butano and Demian Muller. 

Having been at the forefront of electronic music for over twenty years, Nuclius is credited for driving the dance scene within the city of Lima. The popular artist is known for his charismatic live performances, as well as consistently showcasing his versatile trademark taste in house music. Boasting numerous long-standing residencies at some of Lima’s most important landmarks, Nuclius has essentially become one of the most important names within the region and is renowned amongst international stars. Alongside, is fellow Peruvian DJ Max Alzamora who has as well made a huge impact within the electronic dance music scene in Lima. Also with a strong focus on house music, Max Alzamora has paved his way for stardom over the years in Peru, and alongside Nuclius, they make a formidable pair. With all their years of playing, recording and collecting, the duo offer up a cultured collision of deep house and tech house wrapped in fairly minimal beats.

It is no surprise that the duo have been chosen to release an EP on the highly regarded house record label, Deeplomatic Recordings. Having already worked together on previous releases, their latest four-track EP “Everything Changed” clearly demonstrates the formidable talent that the Peruvian pair possess. Immediately infectious and relatively calm title track “Everything Changed” begins the record in style. Whilst not overbearing, the first song is an atmospheric deep house chugger, containing heavy, but building bass lines, that are finished with spacey synths and neat punchy kicks to create cosmic leads. Seven minutes is not enough for this glorious slow burner. Up next are two colourful remixes, first from Damien Almira, also known as Timid Boy, who provides a moody rendition that holds dark sonics and a rumbling bassline to create a captivating atmosphere for any dance floor. Switching things up is Chilean producer André Butano, who catalogues a relatively funky tech-house version. This track has an organic melody, consistent bass and a rhythm like no other to keep everything moving. To conclude, Max Alzamora and Nuclius provide a second original track called “Mirceno”. This is a song with entrancing melodies and resonant modulations that keeps the energy flowing. A rather stunning minimalistic take to round off a wonderful release.
