About Us:

We are a conscious hip hop group composed of three members, M.C.J.O., Diz aka Diz the Magician aka Dr. Vocabulary, and DJ Bozzie. While we have been good friends for a long time we recently decided to form this group to make our first project Poets and Prophets. This EP came at a turning point in all our lives as we are getting out of school and into the 'real' world - it's as much for us as it is for other people, but we take great joy in sharing our work and hopefully getting people to think. We work hard to explore the concepts of growth, change and self-reflection, highlighting the role hip hop has played and continues to play in our personal development. This is our debut effort and we want to give big thanks to Mikavillain, Flamingosis and Physical Therapy for helping out with the beats. We hope you listen and we always welcome feedback.
