When I first freestyled this track, I wrote:

"Freestyled a song that I am writing called "Caterpillar Love". By giving to ourselves first and focusing on self-development and evolution, we give our best to our relationships, even at the risk of parting ways."

This was a very very painful breakup and point in my life.  Its probably the rawest performance I've given. And yet, the gifts I received and gave as a result of this are unlimited. Thank you, to the beautiful butterfly that flew away.

This song... Its about how sometimes people have to break away in order to come back together stronger. And the immense fear that I had around breaking away from a person who I loved deeper than anyone else I had ever known.

It was the beginning of an incredible journey. This love/heartbreak was the rocket fuel that propelled me to incredible heights with my work, music, and #SpeakReel, my youtube creative project. To the butterfly that flew away, you will always be in my heart. Thank you thank you thank you.
