A couple of years back, Marc Mazzawi (Guitars) and Alex Carreras (Vocals) met at an open mic at Bougainvillea's in South Miami. Both being musicians and die hard fans of metal, they decided to put a project into effect. Inspired by bands like Metallica, Pantera, Alice in Chains, Killswitch Engage, to name a few, they had found their sound. After writing the first few of ideas, they were ready to put the rest of the band together. Soon after, Nick Acuña (Bass) who was playing with Marc in a local cover band, MILLER ROAD, joined the new metal family that was rapidly evolving. We still needed a solid lead guitarist.  Nick mentioned he was friends with a jazz guitarist who loved to play metal.  Albert Fortes (Lead Guitar) was asked to join the project.  After several audition attempts, no-one seemed worthy of filling the drummer’s seat… After a search on Craig's List, Marc found Hermes Garcia (Drums) to fill the void. Coincidentally, Alex and Hermes who were former band mates in a local Miami metal band years back (REZIN8) and were now reunited. The circle was complete, and WORDS OF CAUTION was official. Craving to be heard, and recognized, all members pledged to create and deliver heavy music, with a powerful message for Miami, and the world!!!
